BuoyPayments is confident in its ability to reduce your credit card processing costs. To demonstrate that confidence, we are pleased to offer the following promotion (the “Offer”):

How It Works
Participants may submit their most recent three (3) consecutive months of merchant processing Statements to BuoyPayments for review and analysis. By submitting Statements, Participant authorizes BuoyPayments to review such Statements solely for purposes of evaluating potential cost savings.

Savings Guarantee
If, after a good-faith review of the submitted Statements, BuoyPayments determines that it cannot offer the Participant a processing solution that results in any Savings, BuoyPayments will provide the Participant with a $500 Visa® Gift Card (the “Reward”) subject to the terms and conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Offer, Participants must:

• Be an active business entity organized and operating within the United States and currently processing credit and/or debit card transactions;
• Submit complete and accurate merchant processing Statements covering the immediately preceding three (3) months through an authorized BuoyPayments representative or designated submission channel; and
• Not be an existing BuoyPayments customer at the time of submission;

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Limit one (1) Reward per business entity.
• By submitting Statements and participating in this Offer, Participant acknowledges and agrees that BuoyPayments may retain and use the Participant’s submitted information, data, and related materials for its internal business purposes, including analyzing services, improving offerings, and contacting Participant regarding current or future products and services, subject to applicable law.
• Participant expressly consents to receive communications from BuoyPayments via email, telephone, and text message (including SMS and MMS) for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes. Participant understands that such communications may be sent using automated technology. Participant may opt out of marketing emails at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
• Participants must respond to any reasonable follow-up questions or requests for clarification regarding their Statements in order to remain eligible.
• Reward will be issued within fifteen (15) days after BuoyPayments confirms that Savings cannot be achieved.
• Any reward is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing Visa Inc. and may be subject to expiration dates, fees, or restrictions imposed by the issuer.
• This Offer may not be combined with any other promotion or incentive.
• BuoyPayments reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, provided that submissions received prior to such change will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of submission.
• Offer void where prohibited by law.
• Submission of Statements and participation in this Offer does not obligate the Participant to enter into any agreement with BuoyPayments.
